Old Bird Purvey:
Custom Coffee Roasting for single origin coffee. All supply side transactions in compliance or exceed Fair Trade certification, as our coffee supplier is a shop dedicated to direct involvement with farmers and cooperatives. More details available upon request.
Recent roasts have been on some higher density beans from Peru. Next up is an Ethiopian single origin that should be a bit lighter.
Old Bird Design:
My work here has been in piping light from LEDs through glass fiberoptic cables. Early mobile prototype showed both limitations and to more established pieces (where access to reliable electricity can power consistent brightness and a variety of colors) as well as a more mature 'Mobile Release' that would be powered via re-chargable Lithium Cadium batteries.
